I didn't set out to be a workflow consultant.
I've worked inside sales organizations that ran like a well-oiled machine:
clear priorities, clean systems, aligned teams. Work moved forward. People
had margin. There was energy at the end of the day.
I've also worked inside the opposite.
Layered approvals. Broken handoffs. Constant friction. Everything felt harder
than it should be. And what stood out most wasn't just the business impact.
It was what that strain did to people. You could feel it follow them home.
That contrast stuck with me.
I became convinced that how a business operates internally doesn't just affect
performance. It shapes the lives of the people inside it. Their stress, their
time, their presence with family... it's all connected.
That's why I do this work.
