I didn't set out to be a workflow consultant.
I've worked inside sales organizations that ran like a well-oiled machine.
Clear priorities, clean systems, aligned teams. Work moved forward, people had
margin, and there was energy left at the end of the day.
I've also worked inside the opposite. Layered approvals, broken handoffs,
constant friction. Everything felt harder than it should be. And what stood out
most wasn't the business impact. It was what that strain did to people. You
could feel it follow them home.
That contrast stuck with me. How a business runs on the inside doesn't just
affect performance. It shapes the lives of the people inside it. Their stress,
their time, their presence with family. It's all connected.
That's why I do this work. I help organizations remove friction, simplify
workflows, and build systems that actually support the people using them. Not
just so the business can grow, but so the people in it can breathe a little more
when they walk through their front door at night.
Because better systems don't just build better companies. They build better lives.
Here's what that looks like in practice.
- 17 years in go-to-market roles, all of them on outcomes-based comp. 8x President's Club across selling, management, and sales training.
- Rebuilt hiring and onboarding SOPs across a global team and cut new-hire ramp time by about half.
- Served as the subject-matter expert on four enterprise platform rollouts, driving adoption across 112 users and pulling them into one system of record.
- Led a global team to 160% of target and nearly $29M in new pipeline in a single year.
Right now I'm working with a mechanical contractor who gets 40 bid invites a day
and loses about 10 hours a week just updating dates by hand. That's the kind of
friction I build systems to remove.
