What we do
Automate the workflow. Keep the people.
We integrate the technology stack you already own with modern AI, so the essential workflows toward new revenue run themselves. Your people get their hours back for the part a machine cannot do: the relationships.
How the engagement works
It is a subscription, not a project with an end date bolted on. A recurring fee for ongoing coaching, consulting, and training. Think of it as AI workflow intelligence advisory: someone whose job is to know what these tools can actually do this quarter, and to keep your operation pointed at the ones that earn their keep.
- Coaching for the owner and the revenue leaders. Where the hours are going and what to stop doing.
- Consulting on the stack. What to integrate, what to retire, what to leave alone.
- Training and enablement, and this one stands on its own. Available as a separate scope of work for any client, in any industry, whether or not we touch your systems. Some teams do not need a rebuild. They need the process taught.
Small and midsize companies on purpose, and here is why
Large organizations fragment across departments and business units that all have to share tooling. That forces a square-peg fit: the tool gets chosen for the org chart instead of the work. Revenue operations teams inside those companies usually cannot move fast enough, and often do not have the authority to change anything even when they know exactly what is wrong.
Small and midsize is where the work actually changes somebody's day. The person who decides is in the room. The change ships in weeks. You can see it in the pipeline.
You are never locked in
We operate disclosed. Any incentive, commission, kickback, or referral agreement tied to a vendor we recommend gets disclosed to you. Neither we nor our clients are locked to a single AI or technology vendor, so you stay able to move as the technology changes.
That comes from firsthand experience as a captive insurance agent, where the compensation plan rewarded selling the suboptimal product to hit plan rather than serving the client. The whole practice is built the other way on purpose.
Where the experience comes from
Seventeen years in go-to-market, most of it in complex sales and revenue operations. The functional record, in short:
- Zebra Technologies. US BDR of the Year. Orchestrated the center of excellence, marketing operations, and data enrichment. Platform admin across HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Clay.com, GoHighLevel, and Cognism. Worked with outsourced BDR organizations and vendor partners.
- NetChex. Human capital management, not CRM. Client onboarding, implementation process, and building to client specification alongside implementation teams. Worked next to engineers, data scientists, value engineering, and solutions consultants. This is where the complex-sale and full revenue-operations fluency came from.
- Balance Plan Financial. Prospecting and buyer-journey mapping.
- Aflac. Rookie of the Year, most new accounts across a 13-state region. Promoted to player-coach as a Coordinator in Training. National convention five times.
- Vector Marketing. Where the sales-training passion started.
The longer version, and the reason any of it matters, is on the about page.
Start with a consult
Thirty minutes. Bring the bottleneck you already know about. We will name the problem before naming a tool, and if it is not ready to solve yet, I will say so.
